Who we are

redesign.sh is operated from Jana III Sobieskiego 40/2N, 60-688 Poznań, Poland. You can reach us any time at hello@redesign.sh. This policy explains what information we handle and your choices about it.

What we collect

• Business contact details — publicly listed information about a business and its website (business name, website URL, business email and phone, public reviews) used to offer a redesign. We do not seek out personal, non-business data.
• Preview activity — if you open a /try/<domain> demo we built for you, standard server logs (IP, timestamp, page) may be recorded by our host.
• What you send us — anything you include when you reply or email us.

Why we use it

To contact businesses about a website redesign and to deliver that service if you accept. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in B2B outreach (and your consent/contract once you engage us).

Email & opting out

We send outreach and follow-up email. Every message identifies us, includes our postal address, and offers a way out. To stop hearing from us, reply “no” to any email or write to hello@redesign.sh and we will remove you promptly.

Who processes data for us

• Plunk — sends our email on our behalf.
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves this site and the preview demos.

These providers process data only to run the service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Retention

We keep prospect and customer records only as long as needed for outreach and any work we do together, then delete them. Preview demos auto-expire after 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and object to our processing. Email hello@redesign.sh and we will honour it.
